Training and Orientation.

We have separate training & workshop division for providing training to our staffs and outsiders on several issues, such as – Entrepreneurship development, Enhancement of leaderships and personal skills, Community empowerment, health awareness, population control and many other issues. We collaborate with other national and international Organizations to this connection for best practice, strengthen our institutional capacity and long term sustainability for providing efficient  training in the areas of our contracts.

Our Training & Orientation program is leaded by the instructors hired from several Organizations , who are well experienced and extremely professional in their own field. The training programs become effective to develop interpersonal skills among the staffs of SJF and other Organizations and make them subjective for future, which make a bridge among the Organizations participating in the training programs for sharing knowledge and experiences and enhance our next working territories.

Our learning division has been developed with components consisted of the following issues :-

• Provide quality training to our staffs as well as government and other non- government Organizations on several issues related to poverty reduction, social mobilization, health, nutrition’s & Population, Education development, gender equalities and other issues as our intervention strategy.
• Provide training on Management Strategy, Entrepreneurship development, Corporate Finance and Branding, which can contribute to the economic development of the country.
• Provide training to the targeted group at field level for making them skills on any specific area by involving them with economic activities to develop their livelihood.
• Participate with national and international Organizations for providing training jointly on any issues Related to social and economic development of poor and marginalized people.
• Arrange training and workshops time to time demanding on the situation.
